  1. General The company Karima - One of a Kind IKE (hereinafter "Karima"), with registered office at 10 Stisichorou Street, Athens 106 74, VAT number 800996913, operates the online store karimaoneofakind.gr. By accessing and using our website, you fully accept these Terms.

  2. Products Our products are handmade and made-to-order. Minor variations from the photographs may occur due to their handmade nature. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

  3. Orders & Payments All orders are subject to confirmation of availability. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payments through Shopify Payments (cards).

  4. Shipping Orders are dispatched within the processing time indicated on each product. Karima bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs procedures.

  5. Returns & Exchanges Our Returns Policy, available on the website, governs returns and exchanges. Custom/made-to-order products are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 3§4 of Law 2251/1994.

  6. Intellectual Property All content on the website (photographs, designs, texts) is the intellectual property of Karima - One of a Kind IKE and is protected under applicable legislation.

  7. Limitation of Liability Karima bears no responsibility for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or the website.

  8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Greek Law. The Courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.
